The City School Jobs Manager HR:
The City School is looking for candidates to take up the position of Manager HR for South Region.
Travel: 25% of the time
· Carrying out manpower planning and budgeting (short/long term).
· Proactively leading recruitment for all sanctioned vacancies.
· Administering performance appraisal system. Upskilling of employees.
· Understanding and ensuring compliance with Pakistan labour laws. Ensuring adherence to the code of ethics, disciplinary procedures and redressing employee grievances.
· Providing ERP generated reports as required by Management and identifying areas of concern.
· Working on employee engagement and retention planning.
· At least Bachelors degree from a HEC recognized institute.
· 6-8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years managing a team.
· Knowledge of HR systems and database.
· People oriented and result driven.
· Good command over HR metrics and reports.
· Experience working with ERP.
· Candidates with experience in education industry will be preferred.
