HVAC Technician
Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification: Diploma Holder
JDs:
Learn locations of HVAC equipment and how they relate to each building.
Maintain & repair all HVAC equipment and components.
Troubleshoot & repair HVAC equipment.
Maintain all related recommendations, i.e. valves, motors, belts, bearing, & lubrication etc.
Basics of equipment management controls,to start, stop, seek status or change conditions on HVAC systems.
Must know to prepare Chillers & Cooling Towers & their inspection, including any refractory work, cleaning and installing new seals.
Run Cooling Towers and Chiller plants to maintain system temperatures
Train other HVAC Technicians in preventative maintenance & repair
Monitor energy consumption.
Works with outside vendors, engineers on personal basis.
Day-to-day operations of the HVAC
Skills
Knowledge of cooling towers &chiller systems.
Balancing air & water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
