Telenor Microfinance Bank Ltd Jobs Manager Strategy:Position / Title: Manager Strategy – Market Analysis and Branch Banking

Key Responsibilities:
• To monitor implementation of strategic initiatives, and provide support in addressing implementation/target gaps
• Participate in strategy sessions, write the strategy paper, and work with all departments on setting strategy targets
• Ensure the development of KPIs of all branch banking units, and monitor progress against those KPIs
• Analyze performance of key strategic initiatives, identify gaps, and provide recommendations where necessary.
• Work with various departments on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives/special projects as and when required
• Develop strategy communication for relevant stakeholders / communicate strategy as/when required
• Work with Core Banking BPA vertical on branch banking performance analysis and effectiveness various product-related changes/decisions
• Quarterly competitor analyses on all KPIs based on available financial data to evaluate strategic direction/performance of other banks as well as Telenor Bank’s position within the industry.
