Key Responsibilities:

Essentially the ideal candidate will be from a leading Telecom/Banking background & will have a strong track record in project management and pricing with ability to effectively multitask in the dynamic banking/branchless banking industry.
The role also includes developing & proposing possible strategic ways to achieve the business goals linked with particular projects.
This position entails implementation for ongoing projects of Corporate Banking customers by coordinating, reporting & managing forums & communication with the various internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented on a timely basis.
Candidate would be responsible for the project management of complex projects running in the organization & to lead cross functional teams to be able to manage projects
Work with Sales team, PD and other stake holder to ensure conversion of sales pipeline, improve channel strategy and implement innovative ways to deliver the product.

Position / Title: Assistant Manager Digital-Wallets ( Registrations)
Job Type: Permanent
Department: Digital Wallets and Payments
Location: Islamabad
Qualification & Experience: Minimum BBA/BS from any reputable institute.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and revamping wallet registrations across all the channels (USSD, BVS, App and Web). Execute the strategy. Assist in managing all registration channels i.e. consumer/retailer /merchant developments and use case developments and customer journeys.
Responsible for all issues related to Mobile Account Registrations i.e.New registrations, dormant to active, suspension and cash deposit/withdrawl
Periodic analysis of the product and consumer behavior to build a 360degree view of the product against KPIs
Assist in producing wallet registration requirements, customer journeys and also work with internal/external technical teams for….. implementing solutions under agreed time plan to launch.
Responsible for managing OMO Registration through USSD channel
Assist in managing product development (including BVMT requirements) and all stakeholders in value chain
Assist in delivery/execution of product road map.
