Hiring for Amazon Account Manager
We are looking for great people who could work with us and can provide exceptional service to our clients by:
• Providing timely and accurate operational support
• Constantly monitoring key metrics
• Maintaining overall Seller Account Health
• Filing tickets on Amazon Seller Central
• Calling Amazon Seller Support
• Performing ad hoc tasks requested by the Account Manager
• *Amazon Seller Central experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to shift priorities quickly, show initiative and work autonomously
• Independent and able to navigate through internal processes with meticulous attention to detail
• Intermediate knowledge of G Suite and Google Applications (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
• Diligence in follow-up
