Position : Power BI Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop, automate, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Maintain data pipelines and integrations with Oracle Fusion and eLynx systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI tools.
- Support the continuous improvement of reporting and analytics frameworks.
- Troubleshoot data or system issues and implement corrective actions.
Competencies:
- Strong command of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of database management, particularly SQL and Oracle.
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques to represent KPIs and insights effectively.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
- Capable of managing multiple reporting projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
