Area Manager- Retail Fuels
Location: Larkana
·To forecast and achieve sales targets assigned for all products at fueling sites in the designated area.
·Maintain business relations with existing customers and dealers and anticipate market trends regarding new developments and Identification of potential business opportunities.
·Acting as a business consultant to the dealers to implement the standards on fueling sites as per company guidelines
· Reviewing and executing sales & marketing campaigns and monitor sales performance and devise strategies for achieving targets
·Ensures credit sales management & recovery issues
·Lead, motivate, train and develop assigned teams comprising Site Teams
·Consistently sustain adequate inventory levels, for smooth sales operations
·Review safety measures at all sites in compliance with HSSE standards.
Education: Bachelor /preferably Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing from a recognized university
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in retail / retail fuel management or front-end customer services interface
