We are looking to hire a Supervisor – Quality Assurance for our Lahore office.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPOs – International contact center campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal skills with inspiring leadership abilities
- Self-motivated, Passionate, and visionary personality who is flexible to adopt change
- Flexible to work in night shifts and public holidays
- Excellent English language skills & COPC/Six sigma & ISO will be added advantage
- Excellent MS office skills, including MS teams & office 365
- Business degree with IT background preferred
