We are looking to hire Assistant Manager Quality Assurance – BPO for our Lahore and Karachi offices.

Candidate requirements:

• 5 plus years of professional experience including 3+ years in core BPO operations management
• Business degree with an IT background preferred
• PMP certified or equivalent are preferred
  Tech-savvy
• Inspiring leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial, passionate, highly organized and customer focused
• Must be flexible with rotational shifts
