Organization: Sybrid Pvt Ltd
• Design and implement custom collaboration solutions
• Deploy, configure and test customer solutions end to end
• Document test results and provide configuration guides
• Analyze and troubleshoot internal and external VOIP issues
• System administration of IP Telephony PBX /IVR / Call center servers located globally
• Work with team to perform to ensure security of all VoIP devices and servers, service quality, redundancy of voice paths and service optimization
• Analysis of all Linux based servers with respect to QoS, scalability, utilization and high availability
• Deploy and support automation tools
• Regression test automation platform
• Troubleshoot and document deployment/greenfield issues
• Collaborate with cross functional teams
• Programming of call routes, dial plan and trunks
• Development of different application which will be integrated with telephony system to enhance monitoring and daily tasks- Research new technologies, solutions
• Provide feedback on continuous improvement
