We are hiring Customer Services Executives (International Contact Center) for our Karachi office!
Location: Karachi
Shift Timings: 09 hours (Flexible to work in rotational shifts)
Qualification: Intermediate or O/A Levels
Experience: Fresh to 1 year in BPO service with proficient English communication

Job Specifications:
- Handle customer interactions for international clients through calls and written communication.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English to address customer queries and concerns.
- Listen attentively to customer issues and provide accurate, timely solutions with empathy.
- Identify customer problems quickly and escalate or resolve them as required.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions.
Skillset Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute for accurate documentation.
- Strong listening skills with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
- Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce, foreign trade, or international customer service is a plus.
