We are hiring an Administrative Intern for our Karachi office!

Qualification: Intermediate/Graduation
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience with good written communication skills

Job Specifications and Duties:
• Verify visitor and log sheet entries for all floors and maintain CCTV surveillance records as per ISMS guidelines, reporting any issues to seniors.
• Conduct scheduled floor inspections, surprise washroom checks, and ensure ancillary staff adhere to the dress code policy.
• Oversee pantry item handovers in the presence of the shift team lead and perform daily checks on generators, UPS, ATS, ACs, and the electric saving sheet.
• Coordinate RFID card printing, and transport schedules, and ensure timely staff presence, including managing weekend fumigation.
