Biomass Sourcing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate biomass sourcing with vendors, suppliers, aggregators and farmers.
- Issue POs as per approved rates, quantities and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with stores and finance for GRN posting, invoice verification and timely vendor payments.
- Monitor daily biomass receipts and support reconciliation between procurement, stores and finance teams.
- Resolve vendor related queries while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Maintain procurement records and prepare reports on biomass sourcing and supplier performance.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- 2-4 years of work experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in biomass, fuel or agri-based industries.
- Proficient in ERP systems for PO issuance, GRN posting and invoice processing.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
