Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level-1 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other ICT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi, VC equipment, and operating system issues through on-site and remote support.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, device drivers, antivirus, and network equipment.
- Maintain ICT asset inventory, repair records, documentation, and ensure timely resolution of user issues..
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent or relevant certifications
- 3-5 Years of experience as a desktop/engineer.
