SINA Health Education & Welfare Trust is seeking profiles for the below mentioned positions:

1- Chief Financial Officer- to lead the financial strategy, controls, and operations across the organization. Reporting to the COO, the CFO will ensure financial stability, compliance with regulations, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal controls.
Oversee finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, audits, taxation, and treasury.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and projections; ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage grants, funding, and stakeholder relations.
Provide strategic financial direction to senior management and the Board.

Qualifications:

Education: Masters in Finance, Business Administration, Specialized certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA),Chartered Accountant (ICAP), Cost and Management Accountant (ICMAP), Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
Experience: Minimum 12 years total experience, with 5+ years in a senior role.
Proficient in MS Office and financial management software.

2-Sr. Manager Administration- to oversee facilities management, logistics, and administrative operations across our head office and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage facilities, safety, utilities, vendor contracts, and logistics.
Supervise maintenance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with clinical teams and assist the COO with strategic initiatives.
Implement policies ensuring quality and organizational alignment.

Qualifications:
MBA/MPA or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Strong managerial, analytical, and communication skills.
