We are hiring “Sales Force Trainer”
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop High-Quality Content on Selling Skills, Product Knowledge, Customer Services & Communication Skills for maximum audience retention.
• Deliver Engaging and Interactive Activity-Based Training Sessions for Maximum Impact.
• Conduct Field Visits for Assessment of Training Implementation and One-on-One Coaching of the Field Force.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Maximum Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably MBA
At least 2-3 Years Experience in FMCG Field Force Training.
Required Skills:
Communication & Presentation.
Prioritization & Self-Organization.
Negotiation & Conflict Resolution.
