Customer Service Representative Lead– Lahore
We are looking for Customer Service Lead for our leading fashion retail brand. Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team of staff and agency who are handling incoming and outgoing calls of customers to confirm online orders and related quires. Candidate will also handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives by coordinating the dispatches & orders.
