Sefam is looking for Data Analyst for its Purchase department in Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for procurement reports of all type i.e. Pending Item Reports, Item wise saving reports, monthly procurement analysis.
· Responsible for making payment plan as per Allocated Budget by Accounts.
· Responsible for Ledger reconciliation with Vendors.
· Resolve any invoice issues with accounts or vendor i.e. Tax etc.
· Payment Plan execution as per allocated Budget Plan.
· Market visits for Self-accountability (Purchasers) w.r.t Pricing, Vendor’s Credibility and dealing.
· ERP improvement (Purchase Module) i.e. Suggest and help in resolving issues with S-Track w.r.t Reporting.
