Looking for “OD Specialist” – Lahore
Sefam is looking for Human Resource professional to manage its “OD & Performance” function.
Candidate will be tasked for managing company’s organizational restructuring, policy-making, KPIS & performance management and employee engagement concerns. In addition, will collaborate with departments to develop, design, and implement various learning programs for organizational/employee advancement. The ideal candidate must have prior experience of performing job analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Training module development, independent execution of full appraisal cycle, succession planning as per business requirement.
