The Executive HR – Operations & Payroll will oversee HR operations, payroll management, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless HR services.
Job Title: Executive HR – Operations & Payroll
- Assist the Payroll Manager in processing payroll.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee data.
- Record and track daily operational changes.
- Oversee and maintain hiring and exit procedures.
- Create engaging Organograms and PowerPoint presentations.
Competencies:
· Familiarity with HR software
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Must be good in Excel, Power point , Canva & Visio.
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
1 to 1.5 years of Experience required,
