JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION: B.COM / BBA
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of experience in invoicing and billing, coordinating with sales operations and production to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to distributors and modern trade customers.
- Tracking GRNs, reviewing, and issuing invoices
- Resolving invoice errors to ensure compliance with all necessary requirements
- Reconciling the E-commerce Partners database, invoicing, and resolving disputes
- Performing aging of receivables, tracking outstanding invoices, and assisting in ensuring timely collection of payments
