Samsons Group of Companies is looking for profiles related to Assistant Executive Coordinator/Business Development Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assists the line manager in new projects via liaising with different clients and stakeholders
  2. Arranges and organizes internal and external meetings with the relevant stakeholders
  3. Prepare regular Business reports, highlights, presentations and strategic reviews for management
  4. Maintaining calendar for CEO activities, traveling plans and schedule meetings as directed
  5. Effectively dealing with internal and external correspondence aiding CEO as directed
  6. Organize and maintain records of important documents of CEO
  7. Performs office tasks including maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping
  8. Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  9. Performs all other related duties as assigned by the line manager

Education & Experience: BBA/MBA or equivalent from a reputed organization with an experience of 3-4 years

Location: Lahore

Number of Positions: 1, Preferable (Male)
Reporting to: CEO
