HIRING JUNIOR FASHION DESIGNER – WORKWEAR
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Assist in designing and developing new workwear styles and collections.
- Create fashion sketches, technical drawings, and design concepts.
- Develop designs based on customer requirements, trends, functionality, and brand guidelines.
- Assist in fabric, color, trim, and accessory selection.
- Review samples and provide design-related feedback to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Research current fashion, workwear, and apparel trends for new design ideas.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in workwear design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong portfolio of workwear designs will be preferred.

HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALITY – WORKWEAR
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards across the workwear manufacturing process.
- Monitor fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, and final inspection processes.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and inspection standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and other relevant departments to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor customer requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare quality reports and track KPIs, defects, and improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely closure of quality-related issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garments, Quality Management, or a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of experience in workwear quality.
- Strong knowledge of garment inspection, AQL, quality standards, and defect analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
