ADMIN OFFICER (HEAD OFFICE) Karachi
2-3 years of purchasing experience in the textile or fashion industry is mandatory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee general administrative tasks including office maintenance, supplies, and facility management.
- Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and support.
- Handle scheduling, meeting arrangements, and visitor management.
- Communicate with with vendors, service providers, and support staff.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in an admin role within the textile or fashion sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
