ADMIN OFFICER (HEAD OFFICE) Karachi

2-3 years of purchasing experience in the textile or fashion industry is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee general administrative tasks including office maintenance, supplies, and facility management.
  • Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and support.
  • Handle scheduling, meeting arrangements, and visitor management.
  • Communicate with with vendors, service providers, and support staff.
  • Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in an admin role within the textile or fashion sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office.
