Salitex is urgently looking for Accounts Officer with following details:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To deal with the payment process of accounts department.
•To maintain company’s accounts transactions.
•To make all types of payments according to invoices or bills for suppliers and vendors.
•To maintain the file of vendors /suppliers payments.
•To maintain cash book and ledgers.
•Data Entry
•To maintain profit & Loss Accounts and Balance sheet.
•To manage cash flow & fund flow.
•To deal with the bank for any discrepancy.
•To perform bank reconciliation statements and its discrepancies by the end of every month.
•To keep records of sale, FED control and withholding taxes
•To monitor all types of utility bills payments.
•To prepare summary reports of payable on monthly basis
•Reports to work regularly and on-time.
•Responsible for productive outcomes.
•To effectively plan and design strategies and work related task.
•To perform any other job-related duty as assigned by Management.
Requirement:
