• Expertise in network solution and design.
• Security Monitoring (Routers, Firewalls, CCTV, User Data)
• Certificate (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Cisco)
• Creating, Deploying and Managing Outsource / In-House Applications (ERP)
• Enable and Support Business Operations
• Manage Internal and External Projects
• Create & Maintain Technical Data Reports
• Quickly Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues
• Review and Troubleshoot Software and Hardware Problems
• Setup and Maintain Windows 2008 Servers
• System Monitoring & Troubleshooting
• Operations Management
• Manage Teams Workload
• Follow IT Best Practices
• Create Disaster Recovery and Back-Up Procedures
• Prepare and Manage Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
