- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Oversee the execution of sales plans and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, including forecasting and expense control, while ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness in sales operations.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 to 12 years of experience in FMCG or Retail Fashion, with 3-5 years in a similar leadership role, demonstrating success in managing national sales operations.
- Location: Karachi.
