Responsible For:
- Must know all types of spinning calculations, costing & analysis of cotton, polyester & all kinds of fibers.
- Having expertise in yield calculation of cotton/polyester in different counts.
- Complete account reconciliations, and analyze & research balance sheets.
- Preparation of monthly & quarterly accounts & working on financial analysis.
- Assist to Manager Account in sales forecast weekly/monthly basis.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes for the spinning department.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions, proper invoice management, and efficient cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and implement necessary corrective actions.
Core Expertise: - Good experience in SAP-ERP spinning.
- Knowledge of cotton/polyester raw material specs.
- Strong written & verbal Communication Skills.
- Strong knowledge of spinning mill end-to-end Accounts/Costing experience.
Qualification: ICMA Qualified /CA Finalist
Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Responsible For:
- Responsible to monitor & control IE, schedule preparation, pre- planning & forecasting for engineering & technical activities relating to organization.
- Involvement in operation activities to enhance the production, and productivity of the plant by line balancing, proper layout, and capacity utilization by utilization of man & machine minutes.
- Used lean tools for process improvement, up-gradation of technology by analysis, and implementation of system operations to boost efficiency.
- Responsible for analyzing production efficiency with bottleneck analysis under the supervision of seniors.
- Department-wise manpower requirement rationalization based on target strength ratio.
Core Expertise: - Knowledge of 6 Sigma to minimize waste & produce goods more efficiently.
- Expert in 5S for process improvement & MMR calculations.
- Excellent Knowledge of lean management, Toyota Way Agile, and VSM.
Qualification: BSc. /MS. Industrial Engineering
Experience: 6 to 8 Years of Experience in the Textile Sector
