Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive – Operations to manage key HR processes and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage EOBI and PESSI registrations and compliance
-Handle telecom SIM management for employees
-Administer Health and Life Insurance processes
-Manage fuel cards and employee expense processing
-Oversee attendance management and record accuracy
-Ensure HRIS data accuracy and conduct regular audits
-Maintain proper documentation and compliance with HR policies
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
-2–3 years of experience in HR Operations
-Strong understanding of statutory compliance (EOBI, PESSI, etc.)
-Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems
-Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
