Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a dynamic and 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹-𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to support our corrugation plant sales operations. The role focuses on 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packaging solutions.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Manage sales operations and order processing for corrugated packaging products.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client orders, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 teams to align orders with manufacturing capacity.
• Track order status, production schedules, and project progress; provide updates to management.
• Support sales forecasting and project-wise planning in line with plant capacity.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data integrity and generate actionable sales and production reports.
• Monitor sales KPIs and assist in incentive calculations for sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, approvals, and internal documentation standards.
• Assist in pricing approvals, custom client requests, and profitability analysis.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 5–6 years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Support in manufacturing, preferably corrugated packaging or customized production.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with Sales, Production, and Finance teams.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Analytical mindset and ability to generate meaningful insights from sales and production data.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple client orders/projects simultaneously.
