• Young, dynamic, experienced and well-spoken female candidate
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in Early Years (Playgroup to Kindergarten).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for nurturing young children and supporting their holistic development
• Creative, patient, and student-focused approach
• Proficient in English communication
• Preferred Rawalpindi based near DHA 2
• Transport will be provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities aligned with Early Years curriculum
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Observe, assess and support each child’s individual growth and development
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding each child’s progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan events, activities and classroom projects
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and organization of the classroom
