WE ARE HIRING Assistant Manager Security
- Location: Rawalpindi
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Vacancies: 1 Position
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Salary: PKR 110,000 – 130,000
- Experience: 5 to 10 Years
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor/Master degree from HEC recognized institute with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day security operations, surveillance, and access control systems across university and hospital premises.
- Team Management: Manage security personnel training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Emergency Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans (fire, natural disasters, incidents) and coordinate drills.
- Policy & Compliance: Contribute to security policies, ensure law compliance, and manage the security budget.
- Investigations: Oversee investigations into security breaches and collaborate with law enforcement.
