Looking For Junior Product Manager (Karachi)
Rider – Powered by TPL, is looking for a Jr. Product Manager who should be able to build relationships with client, monitor their activity closely, identify & resolve pain points.
Need a tech savvy, customer-first mindset, enjoy building & maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Build & maintain strong relationships with the clients
- Manage successful training/on-boarding sessions with new clients
- Manage multiple clients & ensure high level of client satisfaction
- Prepare periodic & ad-hoc progress reports / presentations
- Manage tight deadlines & respond quickly to clients & management
- Work closely with Ops, CS, Tech, Finance teams to support product development
- Perform R&D to gauge our competitive position & deliver products that are ahead of the market
- Work with clients, understand their pain-points & requirements come up with solution
Eligibility & Requirement
- Min. Bachelor’s (BSCS/BBA)
- 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Adv. Excel & Powerpoint
- Experience in client facing positions
- Experience with BI/data analytics tool will be a plus
