Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser specializing in Printing, Dyeing, and Washing for the textile industry. The Merchandiser will oversee the entire process of textile printing, dyeing, and washing, from sourcing materials to final production.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Experience:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in textile printing, dyeing, and washing, preferably within the merchandising department.
Job Description:-
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to understand specific requirements for textile printing, dyeing, and washing.
- Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers or manufacturers for printing, dyeing, and washing materials and equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to create printing, dyeing, and washing samples based on customer specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks on all printing, dyeing, and washing processes to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
- Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of finished products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation such as cost sheets, production reports, and quality records.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and techniques related to textile printing, dyeing, and washing.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the production process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
