Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is looking for a dynamic and visionary professional to lead our Remittance and Trade business verticals.
In this role, you’ll be driving strategic partnerships, developing innovative remittance products, and leading trade finance operations aligned with our digital-first and Shariah-compliant framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage partnerships with local and international Money Transfer Operators (MTOs).
- Lead Trade Finance operations — imports, exports, guarantees, and collections.
- Develop and launch innovative digital remittance products for retail and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Shariah teams for seamless execution.
- Drive client acquisition and marketing strategies for trade and remittance business.
- Liaise with regulators (SBP, SECP, MoC) for product approvals and compliance.
- Mentor and guide the team to achieve business and service excellence goals.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- 8–10 years of experience in Trade Finance and Remittances, ideally in an Islamic or digital banking setup.
- Strong relationships with MTOs, financial institutions, and regulators.
- In-depth knowledge of remittance frameworks, trade operations, and SBP regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
