Job Title Technical Recruiter
Location: Head Office Lahore
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Extend offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Stay updated on current trends in tech hiring and recruitment best practices.
HR Operations Support
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Support the maintenance of employee records and personal files.
- Coordinate with payroll and HRIS for accurate employee data updates.
- Facilitate routine HR processes such as confirmations, probation follow-ups, and employee letters.
- Assist in basic reporting and data consolidation for HR metrics.
Qualification and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with technical job roles and terminology (e.g., JavaScript, DevOps, QA, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed, and Boolean search.
- Hands-on experience with ATS software is a plus.
