Job Title: System Analyst – SAP HCM & Success Factors
Location: Gulberg, Lahore (Head Office)
The Punjab Group is seeking an experienced System Analyst – SAP HCM & Success Factors to join our Group Digital Transformation & Automation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Group’s SAP S/4HANA and Success Factors transformation journey by designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise-wide HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding, HR Core, Payroll, Time Management, and system integrations
- Proven experience in SAP implementation, configuration, testing (UAT), and user support
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP best practices
- Relevant SAP certification with at least 1–2 end-to-end implementation cycles preferred

We are looking for Business Development / Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves driving sales of academic books and digital learning products across assigned territories, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Candidates with experience in publishing, printing press, school networks, academic, insurance or FMCG sales will be preferred.
