EXECUTIVE HARDWARE & NETWORK SUPPORT
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and internet connectivity issues.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Ensure timely resolution of user complaints related to IT systems.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure optimal functioning.
Maintain a daily IT support log and report unresolved issues to the IT head.
Qualification & Skills:
BS Information Technology Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
Installation and troubleshooting of Windows OS, printers, and general hardware.
Good command over MS Office.
Experience: 2-3 years in IT, preferably from automotive industry.
