Education: Masters/CMA
Experience: 3-5 years of experience (SAP B1 is must) experience with manufacturing company would be a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Ensure all purchase invoices; expense claims and other payment requests are checked with reference to company’s guidelines and posted in financial system.
Follow up disputed invoices with purchasers and ensure disputes are resolved in the best interests of the company.
Coordinates and manages all relevant support relating to customer invoices including executed contracts.
Record proper recording of expenses related to imports.
Prepare customer invoices and reconcile monthly invoice activity to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Monitoring and analyzing the transfer and use of funds in banks.
Assist in the preparation of fund position and cash flows.
Reconciliation of AP-related and AR-related accounts.
Works on a special project as required by senior management.
