We Are HIRING Mangement Trainee Officer – HR
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for vacant positions: sourcing, selecting and inducting candidates whilst ensuring key Performance Indicators like time to fill and quality of hire.
- Engage in vacancy justification with HODs in order to understand the actual need of resource in a particular area to ensure headcount optimization.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background checks.
- Assist in the seamless onboarding process of new hires.
- Provide informative orientation sessions to ensure their successful assimilation into the company.
- Maintain up-to-date applicant database.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and complete necessary documentation in file of new joiners.
- Coordination with different departments for new joiner’s asset allocation and other onboarding activities.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/MBA or equivalent
- Fresh – 1 Year Experience in FMCG

We Are HIRING Management Trainee Officer – Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase product availability, market share, and volume growth.
- Supervision of Order Bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identification and execution of marketing opportunities within outlet, fostering in-store branding to grab customer attention, converting into sales.
- Coaching Order Bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels of all SKUs at outlet level and that stock is properly merchandised on Shelves/Racks and Coolers.
- Performing regular market visits to check performance of Order Bookers as well as to identify market development & conversion opportunities.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate sales records, reports, and documentation for analysis and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters In Business Administration.
- Fresh – 1 year experience
