Customer Services Representative (Bulk Water-19L)

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues timely, effectively and efficiently.
  • Account Management: Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and current information.
  • Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed about service updates, promotions, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in customer services
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Education: Master / Bachelor in a related field.
