Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and current information.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in customer services
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools.
- Customer Focus: Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Education: Master / Bachelor in a related field.
