Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Manage administrative staff, providing guidance and support for tasks such as office coordination, document management, and facility upkeep.
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to improve overall office efficiency.
  • Manage office budgets, procurement of office supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations and processes.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
