Proficiency in SAP is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) for required materials using SAP.
- Coordinate with suppliers to arrange timely delivery of goods, as per the plan.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is maintained as per the plan.
- Maintain procurement records in SAP, including POs, invoices, and delivery documentation.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and plan accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
