We are hiring Senior Sales Executives (male/female) — for our Karachi office and our Lahore office. This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals who are proactive in sales and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals.
Manage and retain existing clients by providing tailored logistics and transportation solutions.
Meet individual and team sales targets; track and report performance regularly.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) for smooth service delivery.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client presentations.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and vendors.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Education: Master’s in Logistics & Supply Chain; diploma in sales/supply chain is a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years in sales within the transportation and logistics industry.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead and coordinate with internal teams.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of long-haul road transportation and logistics operations.
Technology: Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
