PEL Appliances, a leader in the home appliance industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quality standards for products and processes, with a focus on Water Dispenser lines.
Lead quality-side New Product Introduction (NPI) and testing for new models.
Perform in-depth defect analysis and troubleshooting for market and process issues.
Utilize SPC tools and Minitab for data analysis and process control.
Apply 7QC tools for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Support AI and digitization initiatives within the quality department.
Requirements:
B.E / BSc. in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) from an HEC-recognized institute.
3-5 years of experience in a Quality Control department within manufacturing.
Required: Hands-on experience with paint plant processes.
Preferred: Experience with SPC, Minitab, 7QC tools, and an interest in AI/digitization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
