we are hiring Operations Excellence & WCM Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Align WCM & KAIZEN with business strategy while prioritizing continuous improvement activities by Business Units to drive operational excellence.
- Act as change agent in implementing the WCM methodology throughout the cluster organization.
- Assist BUs in identifying and prioritizing cost deployment projects.
- Use Pillar Methodology about different operations & build ability of employees (Both White Collar & Blue Collar) about operational awareness & machine efficiency.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) with extensive experience of at least 10-12 years in manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in World Class Manufacturing methodologies and principles.
- Knowledge of TPM/ Lean Six Sigma and experience in implementing Lean and Six Sigma projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt are highly desirable.
