We are hiring Process Specialist – BUFC Karachi
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervising Offset Line Machines
- Timely preventive of Offset Line Machines and Autonomous Maintenance of machine as per WCM
- Cost and Consumption reduction of production supplies as per WCM Cost Pillar
- Machine 5S and hygiene activities as per WCM
- Efficiency improvement using FI pillar and SMED
- Quality improvement under QM pillar WCM
- Waste reduction under FI pillar
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Matric/DAE/Inter
- Offset Printing Experience 7-10 years (KBA 106 Double Coater Preferred)
- Motivated to Learn and Grow
- Good Problem-Solving skills

- 5-10 years of work experience (KBA 106 Double Coater Preferred)
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures
- Capability for ensuring Machine Efficiency Increase, Quality Improvement, Waste, Cost and Consumption Reduction
