Key Accountabilities
- Bringing Efficiencies (EE Enhancement, NCR & Waste Reduction) in FemCare Production.
- Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality production, optimizing efficiency & ensuring smooth running of machine and manpower utilization.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste while maintaining strict adherence to safety & quality standards.
- Managing all aspects of FemCare production line, including raw material input, machine operations and product quality.
- Implementation of WCM Pillars, 5S & Housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety & environmental regulations.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- BE Mechanical / Industrial Manufacturing Engineering with 1-3 Years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SAP & Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing / Total Productive Maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards such as ISO, OSHA & GMP.
- Problem-Solving & RCA Skills.
