Key Accountabilities
- Achieving monthly production targets as per the defined quality and delivery conformance
- Maintaining KPI dashboards and performance tracking reports.
- Implementation and monitoring of Cost Control Matrix
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitoring of OTIF performance and production lead times.
- Reduction of process wastage through systematic analysis.
- Analysis and Reduction of customer complaints.
- Addressing internal non-conformances promptly.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- B.Sc Mechanical Engineer
- B.Sc Chemical/Polymer Engineer
- Experience: 0-1 Years
