To maximize shop sales whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and promoting the Outfitters brand. To motivate and develop individual staff, creating a highly effective and successful team. Responsible for managing and supervising retail operations activities including stock management, floor management, sales target achievement.
Requirements and job details are given below:
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Business/ Degree in Fashion or Textile/B.Com
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in same role
Skills required: Effective Negotiations skills, Communication skills, Strong Leadership skills and People Management skills
